This is an office based role providing application software support within a helpdesk environment to our external customers using Sage X3. Full training on software products and associated business processes will be provided so that you have the technical and functional knowledge required to ultimately provide the support service that Datel is renowned for.
We’re looking for enthusiastic graduates with a passion for technology who like solving problems and who thrive on delivering great customer service. You’ll be comfortable with researching a solution using your own initiative and have the ability to manage and prioritise multiple conflicting priorities requiring collaboration with several teams across the company.
Our support team is very strong, it's a busy environment with plenty of calls, yet the experienced consultants will all make the time to assist you in your learning on the job and you’ll soon be speaking with our clients on a daily basis as part of our first line support, dealing efficiently and quickly with queries and problems and working to fix issues remotely to ensure our support service is delivered clearly and to the highest standard.
