Sage Enterprise Support Consultant

We’re looking for someone with experience working with Sage 500/1000. Ideally you will have a technical/functional background and a good understanding of the application and underlying business processes to provide an excellent service to our customer base.

You will have a background providing ERP support to enterprise level customers in a sometimes complex environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide effective and efficient support to multiple customers
     
  • Respond to call / emails to resolve queries within area of expertise
     
  • Keep customer informed of progress
     
  • Maintain good daily log closure rates
     
  • Continuously improve product knowledge.

The candidate

Experience

  • Experience and Knowledge of Sage 500/1000
     
  • High degree of business, product and technical knowledge
     
  • Good SQL skills.
