Support Administrator

Are you keen to develop or refine your customer service and administration skills as part of an outstanding Support team?

We are searching for an articulate, reliable and confident person to join us. You’ll learn from and contribute to a highly organised and successful Support team in delivering a five-star service to over 1000 customers. At Datel we run a highly integrated and close-knit team, where everyone works together to ensure customer satisfaction.  As an Administrator in the Datel Support Team, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring we give our customers the best possible customer service and experience!

You’ll provide first class customer service and should be highly organised with excellent communication skills, as you’ll be assisting our Support Administrators on our extremely busy Helpdesk, answering calls and logging tickets for customers, transferring calls to colleagues and more.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring calls are responded to and passed on to the appropriate person in a timely fashion, commensurate with excellent customer service standards
     
  • Demonstrate a good “eye for detail” in ensuring all calls are logged onto our Database (Infor CRM) to produce support tickets
     
  • General Administrative duties
     
  • Maintain a commitment to offering excellent service.

Experience

  • General administration experience
     
  • Good working knowledge of Word and Excel
     
  • Understand the need for time management and prioritisation of work
     
  • Ability to prioritise a varied and busy workload
