What are the biggest influences on success or failure of implementing ERP software or CRM software?

How stressful is ‘going live’ on a new Sage system?

Yes, this can be daunting, but again it is about planning. The project plan will ensure all relevant staff have received Sage training, trial runs for data transfer have been successful and everything is ready for ‘Go Live’. Datel will supply on site assistance to “hand hold” your staff, giving them confidence and practical assistance.  Once your system is ‘Live’ Datel’s Sage Support Team will be on hand to support your Sage system.

How will the ERP system or CRM system be developed in the future?
