What is Project Management?

Datel's Project Management Team play a major part in our success. Project Management not only manages our new customers but they also support our present customers as they upgrade and add extra modules onto their systems.

  • All of our Project Managers are qualified by the Association of Project Managers (APM).
  • The team has an extensive range of knowledge and experience in large and small scale implementations.
  • Our flexible approach to each project allows us to plan an installation to suit you and your business needs.

The team is proactively involved from the outset of each sale to ensure they understand your business requirements and can assist you through the implementation until your system is up and running.

The Project Management Team will:

  • Ensure you have a clear understanding of the process
  • Highlight and assess the risks involved
  • Identify the roles and responsibilities of those involved
  • Define any phasing to be employed
  • Outline the intended work flow of the project delivery
  • Define the rules of engagement for the management of the project and detail the requirements throughout the project lifecycle
