Datel's Sage Support Team comprises 33 office based Sage support specialists whose broad range of expertise cover accounting and ERP systems, Sage 200, Sage Line 500 and Sage ERP 1000, Sage CRM support and Sage SalesLogix support.
The team consistently delivers an average initial response time of less than 30 minutes on over 1,300 Sage support calls placed per month.
Tracking your Sage support
Customers can track their Sage support enquiries through our web ticket system. With a unique login to access the Datel customer area, users can view all Sage enquiries raised, add additional information and print these for their records. If a Sage support enquiry requires further investigation, we have an experienced team of dedicated Sage Application Consultants that are more than happy to help and visit the customer's site if necessary.
Our Support Department operates from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday and out of hours support is available if required.
