What you'll do
You'll have strategic planning and creative responsibility of Datel's multi-channel, audience focused marketing campaigns with the support of a Marketing Delivery Team to execute across email, social, paid media and web. You'll be focused on the customer journey, creating campaigns that deliver to Datel's business objectives and are supported by the entire business.
Daily duties will include developing campaign themes and briefs; testing concepts and facilitating feedback; creating compelling content for internal and external audiences to support campaign objectives, including and not limited to e-shots, articles, blogs, infographics, events and video content.
You’ll also monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, working closely with the Marketing Director to respond to results during each campaign and in planning the next. You'll manage and report on budget usage and return on investment across all campaigns.
What to bring
We’re looking for a data savvy marketing specialist, who, along with solid commercial experience and marketing qualifications, has proven expertise in B2C end-to-end campaign creation and delivery and audience testing, someone with previous agency marketing experience who’s able to bring big ideas to fruition.
You must have excellent communication skills, able to deliver to deadlines and be prepared to go the extra mile, to exceed expectations and be proficient in influencing, selling and communicating to senior managers and the Exec team.
