What you'll do

This is an office-based role providing application software support to our external customers using Sage software. Full training on software products and associated business processes will be provided so that you have the technical and functional knowledge required to ultimately provide the support service that Datel is renowned for.

We’re looking for enthusiastic graduates with a passion for technology, who like solving problems and who thrive on delivering great customer service. You’ll be comfortable with researching a solution using your own initiative and have the ability to manage and prioritise multiple conflicting priorities requiring collaboration with several teams across the company.

The experienced consultants will make the time to assist you in your learning on the job and ensure that you’ll be speaking with our clients on a daily basis as part of our first-line support shortly after joining us. You'll be dealing with queries and problems quickly and efficiently, working to fix issues remotely to ensure our support service is delivered clearly and to the highest standard.
