What you'll do 

You’ll provide the highest level of hospitality and customer service to our guests and colleagues company-wide and should be highly organised with excellent communication skills, both face to face and over the phone, as you’ll take incoming calls, either transferring or taking messages etc; meet and greet visitors to the office; provide hospitality and ensure facilities are well maintained and serviced.

Equally, when our visitors depart, we want them to leave happy and satisfied, looking forward to their next visit.

What to bring

The role demands an impeccable appearance and outstanding customer service skills developed from either the aviation or hospitality industries, balanced with an informal approach and welcoming personality.  As the first point of contact you must be vibrant and engaging.

Candidates should have previous experience within a high end customer service environment, an excellent command of English, both spoken and written, and a friendly and professional telephone manner is essential.

We’re looking for someone with energy, enthusiasm and a true passion for customer service.  You’ll need to be a strong team player, willing to lend a hand wherever needed and deliver service with a smile!

The Reception team forms an extension of our Marketing department and is headed up by Natalie Young, our Business Engagement Manager who is passionate about ensuring the team are living, breathing and projecting our brand all day, every day.

Additional Information

Please note that Reception is covered from 08.00 to 17.30 and therefore in order to ensure Reception is covered one of the team will work an additional half-an hour on any particular day (which is paid for at time and a half).
