Sage Enterprise Management (Sage X3) Support Consultant

This is a role created to further strengthen the capabilities of the Sage X3 Support team. 

We’re looking for somebody with a technical/functional background and a good understanding of underlying business processes (ideally Finance or Distribution), to provide an excellent service to our growing customer base. 

You will have a background in providing ERP Support to enterprise level customers in a sometimes complex environment. Training into other areas of the application will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide effective and efficient support to multiple X3 customers 
  • Respond to calls / emails to resolve queries within area of expertise
  • Keep customers informed of progress 
  • Maintain good daily log closure rates 
  • Continuously improve product knowledge
  • Ensure appropriate formal and informal relationships and communications are developed and maintained within the department and between all other internal departments, to promote proactive and effective resolution of problems. 

The Candidate


  • Experience and knowledge of Sage X3 
  • High degree of business, product and technical knowledge 
  • Good SQL skills


Other Areas of interest:

  • Crystal Reports 
  • Sage Line 500 Financials & Distribution 
  • Sage 1000 
  • Experience working with other similar ERP products.

Additional Information

Normal Office hours are 9.00 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday with an hour’s unpaid lunch break each day. This equates to 37.5 hours per week. 

Full UK driving licence preferred (our Warrington office is not easily accessible via public transport).
