Sage X3 Support Services Manager

This is a crucial role reporting to the Customer Support Director, and the right person will be integral to the ongoing success of both the Support Services team and the wider business. 

This 'hands-on' management role requires you to be primarily based from our Warrington Head Office to meet with and support team members and other stakeholders across the business, though you will also be required to visit customer sites from time to time.   

What you'll do

You’ll lead a successful team (currently of 19 and still growing) whose core values are high standards, continuous improvement, and the provision of specialist expertise. You'll be responsible for running the team, providing guidance, and ensuring growth in a supportive environment where knowledge is shared and the common goal is client satisfaction.

What to bring

You’ll need to be a highly skilled and competent X3 consultant, with good configuration and bespoke skills. You’ll also be enthusiastic, motivated, and driven by helping both customers and individuals within the team achieve success.

You will build great relationships with your customers, have a collaborative approach, and be able to communicate with and manage stakeholders at all levels.
