What you'll do
Our professional and talented Sage X3 team have a strong work-ethic and are dedicated to providing a top quality service to our customers that truly expands the world of Sage.
You’ll be involved in all aspects of the project cycle, using skills from scoping through requirements definition, customisation, workshops, implementation, training and post installation support, using all customer interactions as an opportunity to develop and build relationships to ensure an effective implementation and proactively look to improve our service to customers by being sensitive to their business needs.
You’ll also strive to maintain effective working relationships with relevant people within Datel, (especially Project Managers) ensuring effective flow of information to maximise project potential and highlight project issues and successes and escalating where necessary.

We’re looking for that special someone with the right blend of attitude, energy, and know-how to join our Sage X3 team with experience gained in a Technical role.
As a highly skilled communicator, you’ll be fundamental in helping our varied customer base get the most from their Sage X3 implementation.
You’ll be working in a busy environment that requires consistency, flexibility and the ability to work well under pressure. With a keen interest in technology and customer satisfaction, you’ll enjoy working with other Sage X3 experts in a friendly environment, which values commitment to quality, customer service and delivery.
