What you'll do
You’ll love solving problems creatively, drawing on your own knowledge and sharing insights with other team members to provide fast and efficient solutions to sometimes complex issues, all the while creating and maintaining customer loyalty by ensuring excellent customer service.
What to bring
We’re looking for someone with prior knowledge and experience of Sage 1000/Line 500 and a high degree of business and product knowledge, who is a personable problem solver with a genuine curiosity to improve their technical knowledge and gain new skills.
You’ll be enthusiastic about technology and bring an inquisitive mind, positive attitude and bags of enthusiasm and share our values and commitment to quality and customer service to deliver the high quality services we are renowned for.
What we offer in return
This role offers an opportunity to be either home based or office based if you live within commuting distance to either our Warrington or Leeds offices. If home based, you’ll need to visit either office occasionally for meetings, training and catching up with the team.
We have a strong professional team of consultants supporting our Sage 1000/Line 500 customers, and covering our additional Support Services offerings, which include minor configuration and project work, adding a further layer of interest to the role.
You’ll be working in a talented team with every member having great technical abilities and who all work together and share knowledge and information. Each Support Consultant has a training plan, ensuring personal growth which continually strengthens the team.
