Coronavirus and Datel’s commitment to customers

At Datel we are aware of the impact coronavirus (COVID-19) has on our customers, employees and wider community. The Datel Team is continually monitoring the situation to ensure we respond appropriately and reduce the risk to all stakeholders while remaining focused on continuing without interruption.

Customer support, consultancy and project teams are equipped to continue working without interruption and we intend to continue business as usual, upholding planned services and consultancy.

Our teams and individuals are equipped to deliver services from home through the use of remote working, conferencing tools and VPN access to our systems to ensure we can support your businesses, deliver projects and enable you to use your Sage systems effectively.

Datel’s leadership team is closely monitoring the situation and focused on protecting employee and customer health through maintaining stricter hygiene routines, utilising remote working where appropriate and adapting recommendations and approach as government guidance is released.
