Crosslane selects Sage X3 to increase efficiency and improve reporting
Property Group implement Sage solution to streamline processes
Crosslane’s European Financial Controller, Euan Henderson discusses the company’s decision to implement Sage Enterprise Management in order to simplify day-to-day tasks and assist with the company’s ambitious growth plans.
“We have grown rapidly in the last few years,'' said Euan. “We were in need of a system that could manage a large number of companies within the Group, with functionalities for consolidation and intercompany reconciliations.”
Established in 2006, Crosslane Property Group acquire, develop and manage Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) assets, with around 100 companies in the group. Crosslane looks to discover business opportunities in a variety of different markets, sectors, channels and countries. It has offices in the UK, France, Germany and Holland.
To ensure Crosslane is able to achieve visibility throughout the business, it opted for Sage X3 Enterprise Management as their business solution.
