The Customer Support Services team continues to deliver exceptional service for our Sage customers.  Here is a round up of what was delivered and some of the comments we received.

Initial response time to tickets:

  • 57.3% within 10 minutes
  • 26.9% between 10 and 30 minutes
  • 15.1% between 30 minutes and 2 hours
  • 0.6% over 2 hours

97% average customer satisfaction score

2,664 tickets opened vs 2750 tickets closed
