Based on the theme of Customer Experience, February’s Collaboration Network events will include discussions on how customer expectations are met, and how customers are engaged with within the buying process, predominantly concerning businesses within the logistics and distribution sectors.

Each event will be hosted by Datel and a Datel customer, on location at their respective company sites.

Bringing our customers together in this way allows us to listen, share and discuss best practice and business challenges, and give you input into future technology at Datel.

- What are the most frustrating and challenging things for you about your stock management/distribution processes?
- Do you have stock visibility throughout the full buying process?
- How do you currently manage your warehouse/stock?

- What is being done to challenge and improve processes?
- How would this benefit the business and customers?
- What part do you see technology playing to improve these processes?
