Datel’s Sage X3 customers can now take advantage of First Friday, a series of online training tutorials for new and existing users of Sage X3.

The addition of Sage X3 to the First Friday programme is an extension of our online tutorials for Sage 200 and Sage 1000/Sage Line 500 users.

To help you learn more about Sage X3 First Friday, we've created a brief guide below detailing what First Friday is, how to get involved - and how it will benefit system users within your business:

What is First Friday?

Held on the first Friday of each month, First Friday is a series of free online training courses that guide you through the features and functionalities of your Sage system.

First Friday is hosted by Datel’s team of in-house Sage experts, who have decades of combined experience with Sage 200, Sage 1000 and Sage X3. Simply sign-up, login and watch the training from the comfort of your office, each session can last up to an hour.

How First Friday benefits you

Datel’s First Friday training provides you with online training courses on key areas of your Sage system that will help you to:

  • Familiarise yourself with the features and functions of the Sage solution
  • Train staff and build confidence in system use throughout your team
  • Learn to use Sage 200, Sage 1000 and Sage X3 in a faster, more efficient way

First Friday is for everyone in your business, from experienced system users who want tips and tricks on how to do things just a little bit better to the new-starter who’s currently training to use the system. There’s no limit to how many people in your business can log-in and learn more about Sage.

Because it’s for everyone in your business, First Friday is delivered in an easy-to-understand way, ensuring users of all experience levels are able to take advantage of each session. What's more, we appreciate that not everyone is available on the first Friday of each month. As such, customers have permanent access to course content from our online Customer Portal once the session has finished.
