Sage 200cloud Winter 2018 Enhancements
Sage have announced the latest enhancements to Sage 200cloud in their Winter 2018 release, focusing on connected data, customer experience and simplicity:

Go Cardless
Sage have partnered with GoCardless, a leading provider of online Direct Debit.
GoCardless allows payments to be scheduled and collected within Sage and subsequently remove the burden of late payments, improve cash flow and allow greater predictability of cash positioning.

Making Tax Digital
A new system admin setting allows MTD compliance and simple onboarding ahead of the April 2019 deadline without activation from Sage or business partners.

Improved Audit Capability
Enhancement to the audit log gives visibility of key auditing activities and actions taken on key data including changes to supplier bank details and submitted purchase requisitions by their authoriser.

Purchase Requisition Enhancements
Based on feedback from the initial release, improvements have been made to the purchase requisition customer journey:
- Mandatory Nominal Code/Supplier Account
- Combined Budget Selection
- Order of Budget in Combined Budget Lookup in alphabetical order
- Search for a combined budget
- Restrict access to Authorise/Authorise & Generate Orders Options
- Cancel Purchase Request when cancelling/removing Purchase Order
- Amend a rejected Purchase Request
- Authoriser to amend Purchase Request
- Workspace improvements

The integration between Microsoft Power Apps and Sage allows the development of customer-specific applications. Expanding access to key Sage 200cloud data allows businesses to save time and stay connected without custom development.

This application allows the automation and integration of Sage 200cloud into customer business processes. With examples of how to use Microsoft Flow with Sage, employees can automate workflows and tasks across different applications.

Warehouse on Free Text Items
This enhancement allows free text items to be tied to a specified warehouse. Customers who use warehouses to represent departments or locations within their business, can use this feature for non-stock related purchases.
