What is the Customer Help Zone?

This area of our website is exclusively available to Datel’s customers, providing videos and help sheets relevant to the Sage ERP solutions you use in your business.

From First Friday online training videos, to help sheets and videos put together by Datel’s Support Team, you can access these online resources when they are relevant to you.

To access the site, register your details and then use your login.

Please note, this is a different area to the Support Ticket System and therefore the username and password for that site will not allow you to access the videos.

There are a number of ways you can contact Datel Support desk for assistance with your Sage products, to log tickets and check the progress of raised issues:

The online Support logging system allows you to view previous tickets, log new issues and track where we are up to with open tickets. If you do not have a username and password to access this area, please email the Support Hotdesk.

Datel prides itself on good customer services and continual improvement. If you have any feedback, suggestions, or complaints that you would like to raise, please do so via your Account Manager or by emailing customerservice@datelgroup.com.

Live support stats and feedback

Once an issue is resolved and a support ticket is closed, you will receive a feedback survey that we ask you to complete so we can understand how you felt we dealt with your issue. The feedback is collated and continually looked at to allow us to improve service and address any areas where we may have let you down.

Our Account Management team is here to ensure that we fully understand your business processes, how you use your Sage solution and to identify if any process improvements can be made through expanding your solution. We select best-of-breed technologies that integrate with Sage to provide solutions to maximise your investment across every aspect of your business. We also develop additional products based on customer demand.

Customer events

Datel hosts a number of events to enable Sage users to interact with each other, learn more about enhancing their solutions and feed into product development. Email invites are sent out for each of these events, and you can request to opt into the emails. 

One of our main customer events is our First Friday training sessions. These are a series of free, monthly online courses that will cover 'back to basics' training on the functionality and features of your Sage system. These sessions are recorded and are available to watch in the Help Zone for those who missed it or would like to watch again at a later date.
