Datel and Sage X3
Datel has been working with Sage X3 since it was launched in the UK in 2009. We have a dedicated team of Sage X3 accredited professionals across our support, consultancy, projects and account management teams.
We are pleased to welcome the nine Sage X3 experts from Percipient and they will be joining the 43 dedicated team members here at Datel, alongside the wider Datel team.

What to expect from us
1. Introduction to your account manager
In the coming weeks you will hear from your dedicated account manager who plans to get to know you and your business. They will be in touch from 1st May 2023 to arrange an introduction.
2. Introduction to Datel’s support team
Stuart Morland, Datel’s Support Director will be in touch with information about Datel’s support service. You can also find this information here. Datel’s team of 20 Sage X3 support consultants, managed by Bruno Santos, will be on hand from 1st May 2023 to pick up and manage the support queries that you raise.
3. Introduction to the Datel project delivery teams
If you have continuing projects, the Datel team will work with you to deliver these projects. It's likely that you will continue to work with the consultants you have been working with and your project manager. They will be supported by the wider project delivery teams managed by Clare Hughes, Project Delivery Manager, and Ramon Pairau, Sage X3 Consultants Manager. The team will be in touch to discuss your project with you and next steps.
