Within our Customer Support department we ask for feedback on every query we answer, large or small, and we publish the results of this feedback on the website. Live and unfiltered, it's here for you to see because we are proud of the service we deliver and confident that our customers have a good experience from us.

Our Support team deals with over 3000 queries per month. From simple training needs to full systems being down, our expert advice enables our customers to get back on track quickly. We take pride in answering these queries as quickly as possible and aim to have you speaking with a system expert (not a telephone operator) within one hour of logging your issue. This we exceed continually and nearly all customers will be speaking with someone within 20 minutes.
