Pharmacy2U and Sage X3

Leeds-based Pharmacy2U Ltd was the first dedicated internet and mail order pharmacy in the country, and is now the largest. Established in 1999, Pharmacy2U has played a pioneering role in changing the way pharmacy services are provided in the UK: prescriptions, over-the-counter medicines and personal care products can be conveniently delivered direct to the doorstep, providing an alternative to high street pharmacies.

Pharmacy2U has been a Datel customer since 2009, moving to a Sage 200 solution implemented by Datel from a bespoke system. Managing Director Daniel Lee and Finance Director Scott Fawcett explain why, with Datel’s help, the business has now undertaken a move to the Sage X3 enterprise resource planning system as a platform for business growth.
