Sage Connect panel - 24th March 2022

Thank you for agreeing to join us on the panel of the Sage 200 Connect event and for dinner the evening before. This page should provide you with all the information you require to attend.

The panel discussion

On 24th March the one hour panel discussion will be hosted by Sage’s CEO Steve Hare, and is an opportunity for executives and Sage 200 product leaders within Sage to hear honest and constructive feedback from customers and partners.  The aim is to better understand your needs and how Sage can build more customer-centric decisions into the product’s future.

The questions are expected to be around:

  • Your experience with Sage 200 to date
Why you selected the solution, why it’s right for your business and why you have invested into the product further

  • Your future plans for Sage 200
What factors affect your decisions around Sage 200, what future plans you may have and what you’d like to see from Sage and Datel to support them.

  • Your experience of being supported on Sage 200
Your relationship with Datel as your partner, your perception and interaction with Sage and what else you would like to see from us both.

Joining you on the panel are Datel’s Account Development Manager, Simon Nichols, and Datel’s Support Director, Stuart Morland. They will be on the panel to share some of the following:

  • Datel’s experience of working with businesses that select Sage 200
The makeup of the organisations, their priorities and how they use the software.

  • Datel’s experience of working with third party solutions that sit around Sage
Our product take-on process, how we work with them and the pros and cons of working with an integrated solution in this way.

  • Datel’s experience of working with Sage as a support partner for our customer’s solutions

Also joining the event are Datel’s Managing Director, Andrew Pritchard, and Marketing Director, Emma Pownall.
